Here’s a very nice 1968 Fender Bassman 50Watt amp 2 channel head! Built back in the golden age of amps, this is a hand-wired, smooth and chock full of warm tonal bliss for your guitar or bass. Pristine rich Fender clean tone. Two differently-voiced Channels. Channels can be jumped for even more sonic options and even more gain. Original factory AB165 circuit Excellent working condition with minor cosmetic wear and tear for its age.

It's the Fender Bassman "Drip Edge" era 1968 Vintage 50W Tube Amp Head Serviced, and ready to rock the stage or studio! This is a lovely example of a vintage workhorse amplifier that is capable of being a mainstay in a working studio, and a working musicians rig, or added to the right person's Fender collection. I've seen a lot of Fender Bassmans over the years, but this one sounds exceptional with a rich and harmonious mid range. Classic black panel era circuitry with excellent dynamics and compression.

Recently serviced/cleaned by legendary Australian amp techniciam Ivan Richards. He completed new German caps, loaded with new tubes, general overhaul and sounds superb!
